Befriend the moon is a class that helps us make our energy more like the moon: cool, quiet & calm. Using Chandra Sadhana practices (Chandra Sadhana is spiritual practice dedicated to the moon) to help us harmonize the mind, and balance the water element in the body. This class will leave you feeling more calm, cool, and clear. There are a few poses that are a bit heating in the middle, to burn off any kapha you may be feeling in spring - this will create a balanced effect overall.
