Wake up and breathe with me in this gentle class! There is a focus on the breath, using a technique called pratiloma ujayi, we move through some standing poses to wake up the body and improve spine health. We end with a relaxation and an alternate nostril breath meditation. The class may be a little more suited to morning hours because of the breathing and asanas we practice - buy could be used anytime of day, as the overall effect is very calming and grounding.
