Bedtime Breathing

I'm calling it Bedtime Breathing - but use it anytime you want to feel more calm and relaxed. Practice seated in a chair, on the floor, or even lying in bed. There is a slight pause following the inhale in this breathing technique, practice with awareness and do not hold the breath if you have untreated (not on medication) high blood pressure, or are pregnant.
