Calming Yoga & Meditation (1/4/24)

This class moves slowly, with awareness on breath, and movements that help lead you to a more calm and peaceful place within you. We start out lying down, there are some seated poses, and we make it into a couple of standing poses. Stretching for the shoulders, hamstrings, and side body leave you feeling ready to relax and meditate.
Our meditation is called Antarakarana, it is a meditation using sounds to draw you in, and connect with the witness (i.e. that quiet place within you).
