A short breathing practice to help you feel more relaxed. This is a ratio pranayama technique that uses a longer exhale to soothe the nervous system.
Note: Breathing practices like this may not be beneficial without first practicing yoga asana (postures) - in cases where you are feeling very anxious you should move first.
