15 Minute: Feet & Ankle

How often do you give your feet a little love!? Today's short practice is 15 minutes long -- it is for the feet and ankles. When we bring awareness and energy into an area of the body, we bring in healing and rejuvenation. We are on our back for most of the class, and seated for a short foot massage. A daily practice of massaging the feet at bedtime can be very good for helping you sleep. You will need a yoga strap, belt, or scarf for the practice.
