A focus on the upper body/arm joints and thoracic spine - with a few gentle movements for the wrist, elbow, and shoulder joints to help promote calm, reduce air, and bring circulation to the joints. Great to open up the upper body and feel more centered if you've been spending too much time at your desk. Also a tip for how to use a rolled bath or beach towel for better posture and more comfort when you have to be seated for long stretches of time (at work, or in the car).
