10-Minute Practice for Healthy Joints

This is a great time of year to think about our joints, and take extra care of them. As we move into fall and winter, the joints will become more dry (pop and crack more), and this type of a practice can help keep the joints healthy. A few movements from the pavanmuktasana series (wind liberating sequence), these will help to alleviate stiffness, and promote circulation & prana in the joint. We also practice Sandhi Mudra, a mudra for healthy joints.
