Prana Vayu Mudra Meditation (1/11/24)

This is a meditation using the mudras for the five vital currents, or winds (vayus in Sanskrit) that move energy around the body. The five mudras are: prana, samana, vyana, udana, and apana. These "winds", or currents are associated with vata dosha. The mudras are very therapeutic and can be practiced seated, or lying down.
