A short gentle practice for relaxation and stillness. Grab some props, you'll need: a blanket or two, a couple of pillows, yoga blocks, and a strap or belt. This class may not be the best for you, if you have really tight hamstrings or low back issues - we do a very short warm up for these areas, before a seated forward fold.
