Relaxation: Short Yoga Nidra

We will be lying down the entire time - feel free to have blankets and pillows to prop yourself up a bit, for comfort and warmth. A short class to practice Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep. This is a guided relaxation practice, there is quite a bit of guidance/suggestion to help you settle your mind. For me it really helps me drop into my body and feel more whole, I use it before bed often - but can be used anytime you want to relax.
