Yoga 4 All: Immunity Boost

I cannot believe that we are already less than a week from the shortest day of the year, we are well into winter, and it is a crucial time to find slow, gentle movements - you need to keep moving to keep your immune system strong! The immune system relies on our movement, to get lymphatic fluid moving around the body - unlike the heart which pumps the blood, there is no pump for lymph fluid.
This class will explore gentle movements, we move slowly, with a bit of time to pause and look within. Seated options are shown, as well as standing, or lying down if you prefer. There is a seated (or standing) eagle pose, and a mudra practice for immunity.
This resembles a typical Monday morning Yoga 4 All virtual class (@9:30am), where we show several options for everything we practice, so most people can find a version that works - choose the one that works for you!
