Listening to your body is a key component of nervous system regulation and resilience. When we ignore the messages from the body: I'm tired, hungry, need companionship, etc - - - we send the nervous system in fight or flight - listening to the body, we can feel more at peace and calm. This is a short gentle practice, moving slowly, listen to your body as you go.
