Head to Toe Practice

We will start standing, and at the top - doing a little movement, and bringing awareness as we move toward the floor, and down the the lower body. A gentle practice that will get your energy moving, but gradually bring you down to the floor, down to a more grounded state of mind. Great for days when you are "too wound up" to do yoga - - - starting standing, and working our way down helps on those days.
