Yoga 4 All: Improving Focus

A class that uses contra-lateral (cross body) movements to get the right and left hemispheres of the brain working together, communicating with each other. This class may help awaken the mind, and help you feel more balanced and focused. We close with a relaxation that will help you access both sides of the brain.
This class shows many chair modifications, but does assume you have some comfort standing in yoga poses, with the aid of a chair.
