Breathing: Structural Breath

Here we practice a breathing technique that can be used in yoga poses for low back support, or as a stand alone breathing practice for meditation. It is slightly energizing, and strengthening/supportive for the low back. I also show how to use it in yoga poses to support the low back via the abdominals and breath. Give it a try!!
