Full Moon Release Yoga Class

Full moon energy is a time to release, and let things go! We will use the energy of the moon, along with an energy in the body called apana to help us release something that is no longer serving us (you decide)! This practice could be done at times other than the full moon to help release a feeling or emotion that is hard to let go. Practice includes: Moon Salutes, and an Apana Vayu Mudra practice.

While pregnant, use caution with apana in your yoga practice. Email if you're pregnant and have questions about this.
