Bringing Awareness to the core, and Kapha! Kapha is the Ayurvedic dosha of spring, and is often marked by stagnation, or heaviness in certain areas of the body - it can especially effect the area around the chest, hips, and the digestion. This class opens with strengthening for the glutes and core (some pilates), and then a few movements to move energy, and open the side body. Also a few contra lateral movements to help improve our focus and attention, lifting any mental fog. A 'mixed bag' of fun for the beautiful spring day.
