Yoga 4 All: Laterals Practice

Laterals are poses that open and stretch the side body, this class has a few of them! Great for opening up the ribs, and lungs - for better breathing. We open with a focus on diaphragmatic breath. Some chair modifications are shown, but not 100% chair yoga.
A seated cat/cow is shown - please use care when rounding the spine in cases of osteoporosis, and/or current or past use of chemotherapy.
