Meditation: Fire

A short meditation for the inner fire (Agni). Agni is an Ayurvedic concept, it is the element of fire within the body. We all have different amounts of it, and it can get out of balance for a variety of reasons including: diet, lifestyle, and especially when it is hot outside. A great practice for when you're feeling like you want to cool down - but can be used for calming & soothing an agitated mind as well.
