Strengthen the Fire: Core

A core focused class that isn't all crunches! A couple of pilates movements to stoke the fire and feel the core - and then a series of gentle poses, bringing awareness and support to the belly. Gentle all levels. Be mindful when pregnant, or with recent abdominal surgeries - the strong exhales and breath retention can be skipped.

Props: Yoga blocks or a chair, and comfy things for final relaxation (blanket, pillow).
