Yoga for Balance Course - Video # 3 (4/15/24)

This class uses the subtle aspects of yoga to effect and strengthen our balance. Subtle movements to start, feeling weight shift, slowly building into bigger balance poses, we finish the balance postures with a challenging half moon pose.
Many of today's poses are more energizing, but they are blended in with poses to balance that effect - leaving you feeling calm and balanced at the end of this class.
Class includes: A bit of the history of balance postures through the eyes of the ancient yogis -- why was balance practiced by yogis??
*Half moon pose is challenging, and requires rotation of the hips and spine while balancing - please choose another round of warrior 3, rather than half moon if you have issues with any of those things.
