Aim to arrive 5-10mins before class. Please bring your own mat, and you may need a towel too. Premium Lululemon 5mm mats are also available to rent in the studio for 18 RON - if you need one, book in advance via Instagram or email (unless we confirm, if you show up without a mat you might miss out).
