Description
A slower, shorter yoga flow that goes right into the Yin we all love at the end. Expect to have the best of both worlds!
This is a moderately dynamic class initially, finishing in a still and regenerative Yin experience. Suitable for all levels, all shapes, all energy levels.
Taught in Romanian, or in English (if there is any practitioner that does not speak Romanian).
IMPORTANT: we encourage you to bring your own mat (or you can rent a premium Lululemon / Alo 5mm mat in the studio for 18 RON per class - limited number available, so please book in advance via WhatsApp at +40 775 518 487)
