I'm Amy and I'd love to welcome you to a yoga class! I teach accessible, empowering yoga classes that everyone is welcome to join.
Description
A special, longer yoga session to help cultivate a sense of calm and rest before the magical - but often frantic - festive season fully descends!
We will spend some time exploring breathwork and soft movement, then move into a yin yoga practice where we hold shapes for 3-5 minutes. Finally, we will settle into stillness with a yoga nidra, a guided meditation and relaxation practice where we enter a deep state of conscious rest.
Things to bring with you:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket (the thicker the better) or - even better - two or three!
- Something comfy to wear that doesn't restrict your movement (leggings, joggers or pyjama trousers are perfect)
- A bottle of water
