This dynamic practice will help you work up a sweat while working with the breath to help build heat within the body and find a sense of calm. Linking the breath and movement will help yogis to de-stress and finish the day in the right way. An hour class to help you feel revitalised and ready for bed. Perfect for all abilities, this class includes, seated, standing and balancing postures. In addition to pranayama (breathing) and mediation to help calm the mind and body. Philosophy will be weaved throughout to help you understand its history and methodology.
