Janita Janssen
Janita completed her first 200-hour vinyasa teacher Training in South Africa in 2017, after practicing yoga for more than 15 years. She studied Buddhist philosophy and meditation in India in the same year and had the good fortune of continuing studies in mindfulness, philosophy and Tibetan movement practices with her Tibetan teachers during 2020. She has also completed a further 300 hour vinyasa teacher training as well as a 50 hour yin teacher training to be able to offer guidance in a variety of mindful movement practices. In addition to teaching in person, Janita facilitates international retreats and mindful experiences around the world and is currently teaching a new generation of yoga teachers together with her yoga partner in South Africa.

Restorative yoga werkt heel goed tegen stress, ontspant het zenuwstelsel en is goed voor het immuunsysteem. Het is de ultieme vorm van ontspannen en tot rust komen. Je ligt of zit gedurende langere tijd in een houding, waarbij je volledig ondersteund wordt door kussens, bolsters, blokken en dekens. Zo kan je lichaam zich overgeven aan de zwaartekracht en word je uitgenodigd om diep te ontspannen.
