Yoga is for everyone. A form of conscious movement, yoga can help us cultivate mindfulness while practicing meeting our bodies right where we are.

Description

This class has a relaxing vibe, combining two styles that are appropriate for all levels. The first half is a slower-paced flow, designed to connect breath and movement through active but gentle postures. The second half involves passively holding several different stretching postures designed to increase flexibility and mobility by working on the deep connective tissues and joints throughout the entire body. This class focuses on the importance of the breath and body sensations, helping to calm and balance both mind and body.
