Yoga is for everyone. A form of conscious movement, yoga can help us cultivate mindfulness while practicing meeting our bodies right where we are.
Description
This dynamic class is a workout, but is still for all levels. After a grounding warmup, students will move through sequences of postures designed to promote strength, stamina, and balance. A brief yin practice follows, stretching while the muscles are warm. Although challenging, the focus of this class is still on the breath and the sensations in the body.
