Yoga is for everyone. A form of conscious movement, yoga can help us cultivate mindfulness while practicing meeting our bodies right where we are.
Description
This dynamic class is a workout! After a grounding warmup, students will move through sequences of postures designed to promote strength, stamina, and balance. A brief yin practice follows, stretching while the muscles are warm. Although challenging, the focus of this class is still on the breath and the sensations in the body. All levels are welcome, but previous yoga experience is helpful.
