Yoga is for everyone. A form of conscious movement, yoga can help us cultivate mindfulness while practicing meeting our bodies right where we are.

Description

After a warmup designed to connect breath and body, three progressively longer flows are learned together, eventually working up to a one breath/one movement pace. The sequences of postures are designed to improve strength, stamina, and balance, while building heat in the body. While a bit faster-paced and more of a workout, this class still focuses on the breath and the sensations in the body, and is open to all levels.
