Yoga is for everyone. A form of conscious movement, yoga can help us cultivate mindfulness while practicing meeting our bodies right where we are.
Description
This class has a relaxing vibe, combining two styles that are appropriate for all levels. The first half is a slow-paced flow, designed to connect breath and movement through active shapes. The second half involves passively holding different stretching postures designed to improve flexibility and mobility by working on the deep connective tissues and joints throughout the entire body. Some time may also be spent in restorative shapes, helping to calm and balance both mind and body.
