Ariane hast many years of teaching up her sleeve!She is a 800hrs certified Jivamuktiyoga Teacher. Her classes are strong and subtle at the same time. She gives very specific cues and amazing hands on assist. Take this chance and join her class!
A dynamic class rooted in the classical Yoga tradition, combining intelligently sequenced asanas, precise alignment, hands-on adjustments, breath awareness, chanting, meditation, and spiritual teachings for a balanced practice. Music supports the flow of breath and movement. Classes are powerful and at times challenging, while always allowing space to ground, restore and reflect. Each session naturally transitions into deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels, with variations offered for beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. Some prior yoga experience is recommended.
