Today, Zehra Yakut will be teaching my class.
A dynamic class rooted in the classical Yoga tradition, combining intelligently sequenced asanas, precise alignment, hands-on adjustments, breath awareness and meditation, for a balanced practice. Suitable for all levels, with variations offered for beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. Some prior yoga experience is recommended.
