This Pop-Up Free class will be taught by ZEHRA.
Most of you know her from my classes.
Zehra is almost done with her 200hrs teacher training - and has offered to teach this free pop up class, for anyone who would like to join her at the Studio YOGANATION.
You can expect a super well prepared class that features all basic asanas carefully thought through sequences with excellent cues and hands-on assist as well !
I will be back next week - again at our usual location at VVOO
