Music supports the flow of breath and movement. Classes are powerful and at times challenging, while always allowing space to ground, restore and reflect. Each session naturally transitions into deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels, with variations offered for beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. Some prior yoga experience is recommended.

Anne-Sophie is a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, additionally trained in Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yoga Therapeutics, with over 35 years of experience in teaching dance, choreography and movement.
