Con una formazione in psicologia, biodinamica craniosacrale, ayurveda e scienze yogiche, Sriya offre un approccio olistico alla gestione dello stress, benessere emotivo e pace interiore per individui, gruppi e aziende.
BARBARA FERRANDO: Biologa nutrizionista, Dottorato di ricerca in Genetica Medica, Specialista in Genetica, Nutrizione e Microbiota. Insegnante da più di 15 anni di meditazione, yoga e Sudarshan Kriya con esperienze di insegnamento e ricerca tra l’India e l’Europa.
YAMILA BELVISOTTI: Insegnante AOL di Vinyasa Yoga Flow, esperta in Registri Akashici, Guarigione Ancestrale, Danzaterapia, Armonizzazione Energetica, Oponopono e Doula. Originaria dell'Argentina, porta lo yoga ovunque viaggi, con passione per la condivisione del benessere.
DANIELE MONTEROSSO: Insegnante AOL specializzato in Respirazione, Meditazione e Detox Yogico. Laureato in scienze yogiche in India, ha insegnato in varie parti del mondo e ora offre consulenza per il benessere mentale, la resilienza emotiva e la performance mentale.

This five-week workshop will help you to better understand how the human mind works. Underpinned by scientific evidence, it will teach you how to mold and befriend your mind. The workshop’s instructors, Dome and Ayda, are experienced clinicians and long-term meditators. After many years of practice they remain fascinated by the workings of the human mind. They love supporting others to examine and transform their minds to find more ease and well-being in their daily lives.
