Somatic Flow is a trauma-informed yoga practice designed to help you become more embodied, allowing movement to be guided by how you feel in your body. By meeting the body with curiosity and choice, Somatic Flow supports nervous system regulation and helps you reconnect with yourself, both physically and emotionally, and create a deeper sense of safety and trust in your body.
