This 90-minute workshop is designed to explore spinal and shoulder mobility with a focus on backbending. Through a progressive practice you’ll be building strength, preparing your body for extension and more openness in the spine. We’ll explore a range of backbend postures, with variations and options tailored to each individual’s range of motion. You’ll learn practical drills and tools, to help you enter backbends safely and confidently, and that you can take with you into your own practice. The flow is also deeply heart-opening, creating more space in the chest to share a little more love.
