In this workshop, you’ll learn how to rewire your body and brain’s capacity to recover from stressful or overwhelming experiences. When these events happen, the nervous system can get stuck in survival states — making it difficult to fully rest, connect, and feel safe. Over time, this can show up as symptoms such as pain, fatigue, anxiety, or fibromyalgia. You’ll learn the science of nervous system regulation and how to use vagal toning — gentle, practical exercises that support the vagus nerve — to help your nervous system shift into a more ventral, calm, and connected state.
