Unwind, slow down, and nourish yourself, inside and out with this full body soul experience. The evening begins at our Shala with a 75-minute Yin yoga class designed to guide you into stillness, helping your body deeply relax and reset. After class, we will walk together to our friends at Pranaya, where we will enjoy a delicious Indian dinner together. The whole evening is priced at 7000 LKR and includes the class, dinner and one soft drink of your choice.
