Description
In this class, we explore the technique behind the Ashtanga practice in more depth. Each week, a specific part of the series is highlighted (for example the standing sequence), allowing you to better understand and refine the postures within that section.
We take time to break down poses step by step, with attention to alignment, breath (ujjayi) and drishti (focus point). There is space to ask questions and work on postures you find challenging.
This class is a great complement to the regular Ashtanga class and helps you build more confidence, control and understanding in your practice.
