Mysore Style is the traditional format of practicing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga, where the student moves through the sequence in their own time - guided and assisted by the teacher. It's a much more immersive (and fulfilling , in my opinion) way of learning Ashtanga Yoga. Everyone is taught individually , like having a private lesson within a group setting.Sessions are 7 am on Mondays , Wednesdays & Fridays , 6 am on Thursdays and 8 am on Sundays -so you can arrive and start at any time in the first 30 mins of the class .
NB - You *do not* need to know the sequence - the role of the teacher ( ie me!) is to guide you through the sequence.
