Let’s get to know each other!
We’ll go through the Ashtanga opening and closing sequence together, you’ll get to know me and my approach to the practice and I will get to know you — if there is anything you need me to know then this is also a good time to tell me then we can see how to best work together (for instance if you have any injuries, stressful life situation etc)
Please book and pay at least a week in advance. Cancelling an appointment for a private class can be done without charge up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment. Please make sure to send a written cancellation email 24 hours in advance and we will cancel the reservation for you. You will be charged in full if cancelled within 24 hours. Please be on time, we have to cancel the appointment (non refundable) if you are more than 10 minutes late since we can’t guarantee the quality and benefits of the class anymore.
