The Mysore class allows individuals to move through the sequence at their own pace, without the need to look or listen for the next instruction. Teachers move around the room, assisting students individually, as well as teaching new postures when the student is ready. By this method, the body learns to flow effortlessly through the postures, allowing for a peaceful and meditative experience. The Mysore method allows practitioners to practice and learn at their own pace, practitioners receive individual instruction within a group setting.
This is a guided self-practice class. The teacher provides hands-on adjustments. Please read the Mysore Etiquette on our website.
* Please do not show up without a reservation. Classes are automatically cancelled 2 hours in advance if there are no registrations.
* Can’t make it? Please make sure to cancel your reservation via Momoyoga at least 2 hours in advance. It’s better to arrive late than not at all.
* Please note: it is best to practice with consistency at the same time of the day. If you do practice in the evening, refrain from practicing again the following morning as the body needs to rest for a 24-hours period before practicing again.
