In a ‘Led’ class the teacher leads the class as a whole. The group moves and breathes together in sync. The purpose of the Led class at Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Shala is to teach the opening and closing mantras and the opening and closing sequences of Ashtanga Yoga. This class is suitable for all levels but intended for those new to Yoga or new to Ashtanga Yoga.
* Please do not show up without a reservation. Led classes are automatically cancelled 2 hours in advance if there are less than 2 registrations.
* Can’t make it? Please make sure to cancel your reservation via Momoyoga at least 2 hours in advance.
