This class begins with a 15 minute introduction to chi gong and what to expect from the class. It is a donation class - suggested $10-20.

Chi gong is a practice that uses gentle fluid movements, breath, intention and focus to balance the energetic systems of the body. It has been known to have excellent results with reducing stress, arthritis and high blood pressure, improving circulation, mental and emotional clarity, and overall health and balance in every sense. Chi gong is soft yet profound and suitable for any age and any body.
