In this 3-hour workshop, we will explore the Indian anatomy of Prāņa—what it is, how it functions within the human system, and its role in the practice of Ashtanga Yoga.
We’ll break down the five subtypes of Prāņa, their functions, and how they relate to the postures and sequences of Ashtanga Yoga.
Finally, we’ll connect these insights to Patañjali’s Yoga Sutras, uncovering how the elements of Ashtanga Yoga come together as a powerful tool to bring balance and clarity into your daily life—both on and off the mat.
