Winter Home Retreat

January 23–30

This Winter Home Retreat is a six-day guided home practice designed to support steadiness, warmth, and clarity through winter.

We will begin with a live opening session to learn the chanting and prāṇāyāma practices, followed by six consecutive mornings of guided practice to help establish a sustainable daily rhythm.



Schedule

Opening Session
Friday, January 23 | 5:00–7:00 pm

This session will teach the chants, prāṇāyāma, and structure we will use throughout the retreat and offer guidance for practicing at home with ease and consistency.

Daily Morning Practice (6 Days)
Sunday, January 25 – Friday, January 30 | 7:00–7:30 am

Each morning includes:
• Opening chants
• Prāṇāyāma
• Gāyatrī mantra japa
• Closing mantras

This morning practice is designed to prepare you to begin your asana practice at 7:30 am, supporting clarity and steadiness as you move into the day.



Winter Support Handbook

Participants will receive a Winter Home Retreat handbook offering seasonal lifestyle guidance, simple recipes, and supportive practices to help sustain your practice through winter.
