Kamala approached yoga at the age of 19, in 2009.
Thanks to her previous esoteric and spiritual training, which began at a very young age, it was natural for her to embark on the yogic path.
On her long inner journey, she practised different styles of yoga for years and explored Eastern philosophies. Until in 2021 she decided to start a new (trans)formative path and enrolled in the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Italy at the Akhanda Yoga Institute.
She then lives in India for three months in 2022 and undertakes a 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Akhanda's ashram in Rishikesh, the Anand Prakash, under the guidance of Himalayan guru Yogrishi Vishvketu and starts a digital yogic project Ayurself, with Dr. Harsh Agarwal, renowned Ayurvedic doctor, and her friend and co-founder of Ayurself Deep Shikha (AKA Charlotte Sachs).
Digital nomad in soul and reality teaches remotely online in Italian, Spanish, and English.

This online Hatha Yoga class 🧘🏼♀️ 🧘🏽♂️ is designed for:
✨ Someone who is at an early stage of their practice and wants to establish a constancy but has little time available
✨ Someone who has never tried yoga, but is intrigued by it 👀
✨ Anyone who wants to join the practice, regardless of their level, to relax and unwind the physical, mental and spiritual body.
ℹ️ The practice lasts 30 minutes and includes a short sequence of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), energy cleansing (kriya), mantras & yogic philosophy.
